Dùn St Kilda, Scotland

The Isle of Dùn is one of 4 islands that make up St Kilda, Scotland. Once connected to the Isle of Hirta, Dùn is about one mile long and is home to the largest colony of Fulmars in all of Great Britain. The name Dùn is translated to mean “Fort” which is fitting considering the island shields Village Bay from harsh South Westerly winds.
